


ABOUT STEPHANIE
Stephanie is a Registered Dietitian based in San Diego with a lifelong passion for health and wellness. It all started with her love of food and cooking. She started to experiment with recipes and cook for friends and loved ones. It wasn’t until she started to understand how certain foods made her feel and really become in-tune with her body. Her curiosity and constant need to research led her down the path to her strong desire to become a professional nutrition and health expert.

Once in school and she started learning about the science and research behind food and nutrition, it was apparent this was her career path. Stephanie has always been very nurturing and care for others - these innate traits and her love of nutrition soon became the driver to her strong passion to help others reclaim their health and feel their best.
Stephanie received her Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition from San Diego State University and completed her 1,200 hour Dietetic Internship in the Bay Area. Stephanie is also a Certified Lagree Pilates Instructor who taught throughout the San Diego area. While teaching, Stephanie fell in love with how the pilates method made her body strong with low-impact exercises. It was then how much she realized the strong connection between the mind and body. As she gained more knowledge of nutrition, she soon learned that the mind, body, soul, and nutrition created such a strong bond and harmony to her overall health, mental and physical state. It was the beginning of her passion for the whole-body approach to health and wellness.


Stephanie’s coaching approach is to treat each client as its own individual health journey with their own unique body. What works for one person, isn’t always going to work for the next person. She believes in investigating each person’s symptoms and current health status to become her client’s very own nutrition detective and get to the bottom of what's going on. Stephanie’s ultimate goal is to use her nutrition expertise and the whole-body approach to guide her clients back to their optimal health, achieve their goals and develop sustainable habits to live a healthy and balanced life.

Stephanie’s food philosophy embraces whole foods, quality, and balance and moderation. You will find that her recipes and nutrition advice center around sustainable and enjoyable healthy eating. She doesn’t believe in quick-fixes or deprivation. Eating whole foods, the way nature intended us to do, can heal the body from the inside out. Using food as medicine is very powerful and can do wonders for the body.
As a Registered Dietitian, Stephanie guides her clients to achieving health and wellness through a customized plan using clinical nutrition and an integrative and functional approach. Stephanie’s area of focus is gut health, hormone balance, fertility and infertility, prenatal and postpartum, weight loss, and overall health. Stephanie is passionate about helping you gain a path to health and wellness so you can live a life full of happiness!
